Rebranding Product (Magnum)


How will you rebrand the product?
I will rebrand the product by changing the primary and secondary audience, this will be done by a series of things including: The logo, font, flavours, theme, advertisements, packaging, etc. The logo is very important as its what goes on everything, the logo is used to help get your product out there to try distinct yourself from the others. I will change the logo and make it stand out more so it can catch the customers eye. I will change the font from being a 90s text which will appeal an older audience and modernize it with text that will catch a younger audiences eye. The advertisements have to be remembered so people will talk about it and also make customers remember it. The flavours right now are very similar with the classic vanilla and chocolate flavour always mixed in together, this limits the amount of people picking up a magnum so i would like to change it to have more variety to try compete with all the other ice cream companies. The theme is more dark, rustic and gritty which is now outdated and will be changed a bright and modern theme to reach a younger audience and compete with the bigger ice cream companies. The advertisements consist of having an older demographic in frame with no kids around reinforced that they want adults to buy this ice cream, i will change it to having children to show off the new product as it will get a younger audience engaged.
