Depict Research

Depict Research Videos For this post, we had to go to a website named "Depict", a video platform where you can make 90 second short films for the world to watch. Evaluation of my Continuity Sequence

Evaluation of my Continuity Sequence In groups, we created a short movie (20 shots) using a variety of angles, lighting effects, and music to build suspence during this short film. In this film you will find a protaginst (Declan), the victim (me), and the witness (Harvey). At the beginning we can see the protaginist picking up the knife where we used a close up of the knife getting picked up to build a sense of mystery. The next few shots we used long shots to give the audience a feeling of the enviroment where this has taken place. During the editting of these shots we darkened the background to add a more dark theme into a short film. During these shots the music is building up to create tension. Throught out these next shots we can see the victim minding his own business until it cuts back to the protaginist approaching him, giving him a handshake. During editting these shots we kept cutting in and out between the victim and the protaginist while the music finally builds up. T...
